About Green Valley Meats
Green Valley Meats is a family owned and operated business in Auburn, Washington that started in 1968. We produce a variety of fine quality smoked meats that has fans all over the globe.
We use only the finest meats, fresh spices and other quality ingredients in our products. Our hand-made sausage, jerky and snack sticks are made fresh and smoked over alderwood fires in our old-fashioned smokehouse. Our sausages and jerkies have won over 36 grand champion awards since 1986 at the annual Northwest Meat Processors Association Cured Meat Championships. This is a great honor because the competition includes over 200 meat producers from Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Northern California.
